A: KoStorm offers FREE shipping on ALL orders globally, no minimum purchase. Destinations we regularly ship to include; Australia, USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, South Africa, India, Indonesia, Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Ireland and the rest of the EU. If your country is not on this list, not to fear we can still send get our items to you.
Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so our products usually take between 10-30 days to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Delivery on all items is included in the price. Don't be alarmed if you don't receive all items in a large order at once, we don't like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives.
Shipping is via local postal services once dispatched from the origin, and hence shipping times can vary seasonally.
We offer free shipping to: United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Africa, South America. If you would like to find out about additional countries, please check with us first.
We advise that delivery times to Ireland may be impacted by customs procedures, lengthening the time taken to receive the product.
A: We will send you a shipping confirmation email when the order goes out that will have your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder before emailing us. If you used Paypal, an email may have been sent to the email address setup with them.

A: Depending on your country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges that we are unable to prepay or even predict. Governments are greedy assholes and we apologize for that. Kostorm is not responsible for international taxes, duties or other tariffs your government may charge.
A: International shipping times vary from 4-6 Weeks International. Once we send out the order, it is in the postal services hands and we have no control over how long it takes to get to you from there.
A: Orders going through customs do vary on time depending on that customs office. If you are worried that your order has not updated in awhile, try giving them a call. Sometimes they hold on to orders and will not let customers know unless they get a hold of them.

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping. Thank you for your patience!
A: If you catch it in time and we have not shipped it out yet, fill out this form and we will make those requests a priority. Changing an item will add on some time though for us to reprint it, but we shall do our best to make it fast!
A: If your tracking status shows that your order was delivered and it is no where to be found, give it 3 days and make sure to ask your neighbors if they came across any of your dank maymays. Most of the time orders show up a couple days after due to forces out of my control.
